JOB SUMMARY:
We are currently recruiting for a Video Editor who can also operate a video camera
to support KSCI  – LA 18 production. KSCI is the largest producer of Asian American content in the U.S.
 
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Create and edit material for KSCI including commercials, PSA¡¯s, on-air promos and sales tapes.
Edit long form programming as needed. Deliver all content on time and with minimal errors.
2.Collaborate with producers and coordinators to meet daily deadlines.
3.Design creative animation and graphic sequences
4.Ensure all deliverables meet broadcast technical specifications.
5.Manage multiple projects while maintaining efficiency and creativity on all projects.
6.Operate an ENG field video camera system.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
1.Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English required.
2.Bachelor¡¯s Degree or equivalent work experience.
3.Minimum 3 years experience editing on Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premier Pro editing systems.
4.Minimum 3 years experience in working with AfterEffects, Photoshop and Illustrator programs.
5.Minimum 3 years experience in working with an ENG field based video camera system.
6.Ability to work as a team player with multi-cultural and multi-lingual clients.
7.Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines while providing excellent work.
