CAILYN Cosmetics, with corporate offices located in Santa Fe Springs, CA is leading manufacturer and market of Makeup and Skincare cosmetics and many other beauty items to a variety of market venues including international market. Seeks a Brand Marketing Manager who will have responsibility for Marketing, Sales and Branding Management with following tasks:
1. Development and implementation of marketing plans and marketing activities to maximize sales of an assigned brand / product
2. Manage national account sales, distributor development, review of volume opportunities, provide product information and develop sales
3. Manage the coordination and execution of marketing/promotional programs
4. Analyze market research and develop marketing plans for products, services and business lines
5. Make suggestion on marketing material that complements current market research
6. Reconciliations of sale and marketing chargebacks
7. Oversee social media aspect of brands – Facebook, Twitter and others
8. Manage website updates and development of the brand
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing Required
2. If not 1, at least 3-4 years experience in marketing, product or brand management in beauty industry
3. Strong Analytical skills
4. Understanding of Financial P & L
5. Computer Skills: Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
6. Ability to handle simultaneous projects and deliver within agreed upon time frames
7. Proven Communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly and concisely communicate within all levels of the organization as well as with external partners and vendors
8. Highly Organized, strong project manager with ability to multi-task and prioritize
