Minimum 3-5 years experience in designing and product development of women's apparel, including sweaters.
Self starter and detailed oriented.
Strong English written and verbal communication skills .
Must know Excel, Photoshop and Illustrator.
Knowledge in Flat Hand sketching, solid understanding of garment construction, fit, spec writing and technical package creation.
Has a knowledge to follow trend forecasting, research and development of new styles.
