Logistics Analyst

Summary

Contribute Logistics/Supply Chain support to multi-functional team of R&D, Program Management, Core Networking, RF Engineering, Transport and Technical/Training Support to fulfill multi-technology wireless network deployment across the customerss network.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for managemant of customer orders and placing corresponding purchase orders with corporate
headquarters and North American OEM suppliers and subcontractors. Lead material planning and order management business process improvement. Product technologies include 4G LTE and CDMA network products to support the Sprint Network Vision project.

Additional Requirements

ERP system (SAP preferred).
Contract Management Experience.
APICS CPIM certification a plus. 
4-8 years experience using ERP (SAP preferred) for all supply chain management functions.
4-8 years hands-on experience leading logistics activities for a telecommunications or other high-tech industry.
Responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely tracking and delivery of Samsung netwroking equipment to support project build plans and on-going customer requirements. 
Tracks and reflects customer configurations and maintains Sales Orders.
Manages order fulfillment process.
Responsible for planning for spare parts and assemblies.
Places orders on HQ or local vendors for parts.
Manage inventory control functions, maintaining daily inventory accuracy goals with continual improvement.
Lead the Reverse Logistocs Function to include RMAs, repair logistics and service part sales.
Coordinate Forward Logistics to meet both repetitive product shipments and project based field deployment schedules.
Maintain material master, sales bills of material, configuration management and sales and service order integrity.
Develope reports required to track key process indicators (KPI) and manage business (Business Warehouse SAP report tool).
