Qualification: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Accountancy or similar plus 2 years of experience as accountant or similar. Must have CPA License in the United States (Any State).
- Preparing and filing multistate income tax returns for S-Corp, C-Corp, Partnership, Trust, exempt organizations and individuals, and researching tax issues related to each form and IRS regulation;
- Preparing financials, auditing (financial statement and tax return audit including sales & payroll tax audit), and various compilation reports for customer companies/business and periodic regulatory filings with other Senior Accountants and CPAs, including quarterly and annual reports, consolidated financial statements including B/S & P/L with income & cost reconciliation and annual reports consolidation;
- Consulting various business situations for financial planning, taxation, working capital ratios and financial analysis projects, and making recommendations for financial & tax planning for customers; Examining customers financial statements to ensure that they are accurate and comply with regulations under GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles); and
- Performing services of IRS audit or other regulatory compliance services including planning of an engagement, development of audit plans, execution of audit test works with other Senior Accountants and CPAs, including internal control testing procedures, analytical procedures and substantive audit procedures over vast majority of financial accounts and other technical accounting areas.
