Job Descriptions
- Creating and managing production schedules to ensure products are manufactured efficiently and meet customer demand.
- Oversees the production process to ensure delivery of high-quality products that meet customer’s needs.
- Assessing the company's production capacity and adjusting schedules as needed to meet production goals.
- Ensures appropriate production rate to reduce delivery delays. Track production progress and adjust the schedule as needed.
- Collaborating and communicating with the materials team, production team, logistics team, and other related teams.
- Identifies any delays in production; ensures necessary labor, materials, and other resources are available to relieve production delays.
- Providing information to management, supervisors, co-workers, and customers by phone call, in person, or email.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field if preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of manufacturing requirements and planning.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- At least one-two years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Bilingual (English and Korean) is preferred.
