The Korea Center Los Angeles, which opened in 2006, is operated by four government-run organizations: the Korean Cultural Center (KCCLA), the Korea Tourism Organization (KTO), the Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA), and the King Sejong Institute Foundation (KSIF).

The Korea Center Los Angeles has an opening for an office coordinator. We are looking for someone who possesses a strong sense of ownership and a service-oriented mindset to contribute to the growth and development of projects related to promoting Korean culture and tourism to the US market.

Position: Korea Center Los Angeles Office Coordinator

• Coordinate with facility management, office vendors, and repair services
• Manage inventory of promotional tourism materials (Should be able to lift 20 lbs. or less)
• Assist with Korea tourism marketing tasks requested by Company
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail
• Assist with events held one premises
• Greet and direct visitors appropriately
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
• Give appropriate tourism and company information to visitors
• Order and maintain office, kitchen, and cleaning supplies
• Maintain a tidy facility by ensuring that the kitchen and common areas are clean 

Qualifications & Required Skills

• Legal working status in the U.S
• Well organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent verbal and written communication in both Korean and English
• High proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Google Suite
