Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
- Maintain the store and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
- Send text, email, phone call to remind customer’s appointment
- Receive deliveries; outgoing mails, sort and distribute incoming mails
- Take inventory of office supplies and restock as needed
- Maintain and update store appearance to ensure a positive experience for all
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Strong phone skills
- Able to type 25 wpm minimum
- Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing task without guidance
- Dedication to customer-focused service
- Bilingual preferred – Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Vietnamese

STORE MANAGER

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership and guidance through own example and set a high level of professional conduct for team to mirror
- Mentor and train team members to success through observation, coaching, and counseling
- Be in alignment with company and store core values and expectations
- Provide superior customer service and wisely handle escalated customer situations by making equitable decisions for both customer and company
- Maintain good employer/employee communication and be actively involved in accountability of team associates
- Solicit, coordinate, schedule, and participate in community events
- Pro-actively develop personal leadership skills by seeking out additional training and development
- Active involvement in the recruiting and training of new employees
- Uphold store and employee appearance to an immaculate, professional standard
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year retail sales and management experience required
- Strong leadership, motivational and analytical skills
