• Entering Data into QB, processing EDI invoices, and other office duties as needed
• QuickBooks, Outlook, and Excel knowledge

Shipping coordinator
• schedule shipments with oversea vendors
• Input data in ERP system
• check on accuracy of shipment documents
• multi-task player to help with other office duties
• MS - Outlook and Excel knowledge

Pre-production Assistant 
• Work between multiple teams
• Input data in ERP system
• Manage production submits to buyers, and deliver comments to oversea
• Able to effectively communicate with supervisors, vendors, and co-workers
• MS - Outlook and Excel knowledge

Associate Designer
• no experience required
• responsible and hard working
• Ability to understand assignments and follow through as directed
• Must be proactive, detail oriented and focused
• photoshop, illustrator, outlook an excel knowledge

Import Designer for Young Missy
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in young missy with company line
• Strong sense of design and creativity
• Ability to handle fit to submit comments
• Ability to communicate and follow up on sales team requests 
• Must be proactive, detail oriented and ability to meet tight deadlines
• photoshop, illustrator, outlook an excel knowledge
