Digital Marketing Specialist (DMS)

 Job Description; 

• Set up, monitor, manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns from start to finish

• Identify key insights to drive client results and work with the team to execute those insights 

• Create monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue reporting and forecasting for Performance-based campaigns 

• Create monthly/weekly data reports for each client and present results to the clients

• Communicate data and progress to the internal team to track and optimize performance 

• Conduct AB testing across ads and landing pages 

• Analyze metrics, provide campaign effectiveness reports, and implement optimizations.

• Gather data on consumer, competitor, and market conditions 

 

 Skills Required; 

• Expert in FB, Google, Linkedin, and Youtube paid Advertising 

• Expert in CPA campaigns - execution and management (must show examples/results)

• Extensive experience in performance content marketing 

• Advanced in Google Analytics and Data analysis 

• Experience with digital media planning and performance analysis 

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills 

• Proven SEO experience (Preferably 1-2 years) 

• Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google

• Must be fluent in English. The ability to speak Korean conversationally is required. 

 

[Social Media] 

Social Media Coordinator (SMC) 

We are looking for a talented Social Media Coordinator to create and maintain a strong online presence for our clients. SMC will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing  strategies and promotional events through social media avenues. 

 

 Job Description; 

• Manage social media channels including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook,  YouTube, and LinkedIn 

• Conceptualize and execute organic posts and brand campaigns to amplify our content and brand marketing 

• Maintain effective and cohesive brand voice messaging across all digital channels

• Track, measure, and report on campaign performance and channel growth on a regular basis, making recommendations for optimizations; increase our social media following  and engagement overall 

• Lead and manage giveaways, contests, and other engaging events on our social media

• Collaborate cross-functionally and coordinate with the design team to create design and feel of social media campaigns

• Collaborate with the team on additional major marketing campaigns and events

• Create original photo, illustration, and video content for all social channels

• Assist with flat lays, product photos, and "behind the scenes" visual content. 

 

 Skills Required; 

• 2+ years of professional social media management experience 

• A strong understanding of digital and content marketing 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and execute multiple projects with impeccable attention to detail, as well as strong organizational and communication skills 

• Proven track record of delivering high-quality content social media campaigns

• Experience in handling data analytics and delivering performance reports

• You’re pop culture-savvy and stay connected to the latest trends and memes

• You’re a great copywriter – you’re comfortable coming up with fun IG-worthy captions  and campaign copy 

• You love consuming webcomics, animation, films, and overall appreciate the art of  storytelling; experience working in related industries is a plus! 

• Experience with graphic design is a plus 

• Must be fluent in English. The ability to speak Korean conversationally is required.
