MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
AP AR Support
Support and assist with full cycle AP and AR processes
Full cycle accounts payable including: processing accounts payable invoices; invoice approval, data entry, PO matching and preparing check issuance
Expense/Reimbursement Management
Maintain various expense reporting processes
Audit and analyze expense report submission for completeness and adhere to company policy
Administer employee inquiries on expense report process and submission
General Accounting
Support and assist with month-end closing, including preparation of accruals
Analysis and reconciliation of general ledger accounts
Prepare and analyze ad-hoc financial reports
Assists in general accounting functions, including journal preparation, account reconciliation and month end supporting schedules
Organize and expedite the flow of accounting information to and from other departments
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field and/or
Experience
4+ year experience in corporate business environment
Experience in SAP or similar EPR system is strongly preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Ability to work in a fast paced environment, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines
Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments
Excellent PC skills with knowledge of MS Office software (Excel)

2. PRODUCT DESIGN MANAGER
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and implement Product Development for Line Friends Consumer Products from trend research, to product strategy and conceptualizing, developing assortments and directing line plans, packaging design to final product approval. The role will be responsible for all licensing product approvals for US.
Able to suggest and visually represent commercially viable product ideas and features that elevate consumer products to a new level.
Provide clear and concise direction on trends, graphic composition, typography, draw-overs and creative notes that inspire our licenses and guide partners to follow our character models and brand attributes.
Understand seasonal and current trends, for product and packaging, and translate into commercially viable product ideas.
Communicate with licensees to understand and support product initiatives and consumer preferences
Support Licensing and Marketing Team, working closely with HQ creative team, partners and vendors / freelancers to deliver branding initiatives that are World Class and upholding the highest standards of creative and Line Friends’ quality.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field and / or
Experience
7+ year experience with relevant design work preferably with agency and/or foreign company working experience
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Computer skills on PC, Macintosh, and any related tools, e.g. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop
Creativity and aesthetics with knowledge across design disciplines / platforms
Retail / market / trend research skills and ability to apply to execution
Fluency in English and Korean
Presentation Skills in PowerPoint or Keynote

3. RETAIL OPERATION MANAGER
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
This person will lead stores and management teams in sales generation, resolve customer service issues, create and maintain a team environment, coach, develop, evaluate and counsel store management teams, analyze reports and identify ways to leverage opportunities to maximize results. Our stores are located in NY and CA.
Regularly visits all store locations and acts as a liaison between store and corporate. Communicates store needs. Makes observation of merchandise needs and relates them to corporate.
Review store environments and key business indicators to identify problems, concerns and opportunities for improvement in order to provide coaching to the store management team to take action and achieve operational and sales goals (KPI management)
Regularly audits the stores to ensure compliance of store managers with established company policies and standards such as human resource practices, merchandising and inventory control.
Works with store staff to ensure merchandising standards are being met.
Works with store staff for loss prevention to reduce shrinkage.
Assures the execution of marketing, sales promotion, special events to maximize sales performance
Assess Store Managers to determine talent opportunities and impact on store performance.
Ensures that store comply with applicable federal and/or state laws. Assist Store managers with Store Safety meetings and accident prevention programs.
Work with Store Managers in training sales associates in POS functions and sales strategies.

Thorough knowledge of selection of top candidate, sourcing and training

4. LOGISTICS MANAGER
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
This person will be responsible for proper inventory management from import→external warehouse to delivery to/between our retail stores in NY and CA. Ability to utilize SAP and POS system is required.
Ensure shipping compliance with state and federal regulations.
Coordinate with vendors for optimal shipping options.
Develop positive relationships with freight and external logistics companies
Manage activities related to trading between different states
Inventory data input to SAP(ERP) system and sync with WMS and POS system
Facilitate and establish priorities as needed to provide optimal service to our retail store and customers4.
Communicate with supply chain, customer service in Korea and freight forwarders to optimize shipping activities
Analyze and manage distribution violations and chargebacks, initiating corrective actions as needed
Provide reporting as needed for shipping activities to relevant department
Review daily reporting to monitor shipping and billing flow
Oversee inventories in US warehouse and store storage
Perform and conduct third party warehouse and store physical inventory
Perform other duties and tasks as assigned

Experience in Consumer good and/or FMCG logistics
CPL, CPIM certified
