New Connect Logistics is a full service logistics provider of Transportation, Warehousing & Distribution.  We are seeking for highly self-motivated and energetic experienced individuals to join our company.
 

1. ACCOUNTING COORDINATOR

REQUIREMENTS

• Good understanding of accounting principles and practices

• Scheduling, process and follow up with AR & AP (Internal & External)

• Reconcile, coordinate and prepare daily banking activities

• Prepare and process weekly & semi-monthly payrolls

• Update & Reconcile AR & AP daily basis

• Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries

• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports

• Additional duties

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is a plus

• Previous 2-5 years of accounting experience

• Welcome SAP or Freight Stream experience

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills required

• Flexibility and multi-tasking abilities

• Bilingual in English and Korean preferred

• Must be a legal to work in the U.S.

2. DISPATCHER (DRAYAGE)

REQUIREMENT

• Review container distribution schedule and execute the dispatching for each jobs with optimizing transportation procedures.

• Coordinates and monitors trucking – scheduling and truck dispatching operation.

• Assign the driver and truck to delivery and/or pick-up-return job.

• Communicate with terminals for trouble shooting.

• Understanding the price structures of driver charges & special rate.

• Promote and introduce the company for hiring driver.

• Appropriating reporting to the Management.

• Supports Group/Team leader for various projects and tasks.

QUALIFICATION

• High school graduates or higher

• Prefer an experience or equivalent in Supply Chain Industry, Shipping & Logistics/Transportation

• Proficient in MS office and computer-based solution system

• Communication Proficiency (Verbal & Written)

• Organizational Skills

• Problem Solving & Trouble Shooting Skills

• Fluent in Korean & English

• Must be a legal to work in U.S.
