Brainzsquare, Inc. is a sales and marketing office to develop worldwide market for the IT security and system software, which is developed by its Korean parent company. Our end-point security software and IT infrastructure management software has been very successful in Korean and Asian market for over 15 years and they are very hot items in the U.S. market as well.

We are seeking a motivated and energetic sales manager who will be a core member of our American business extension and grow together. This position is located in Los Angeles, CA and reports directly to the sales/biz development director. There are possible opportunities for travel abroad as we handle a worldwide market and attend many exhibitions and shows.

Job duties

plan, do and manage marketing strategy and marketing campaign such as e-mail blast, cold calling, partner campaign.

qualify and develop new sales opportunities through targeted outbound prospecting and following up on inbound leads

develop new sales partners and build good relationship with existing partners

manage leads from qualification through closing

log sales activities on our CRM

plan, support or attend outbound sales and networking events such as trade shows, meet ups and marketing sales events

deliver customers' feedback to R&D team for future development

contribute to developing corporate marketing and sales strategy


Requirements

7+ years of business software selling experience with a track record of achievement

computer and software literacy required: some technical knowledge in IT security or infrastructure such as server, network is highly preferred

competitive, driven personality with a strong work ethic

strong written and verbal skills as well as business and technical acumen required

start-up experience is a plus

Korean fluency is a plus.
