SUMMARY
A Restaurant Manger follows proper food safety procedures and delivers exceptional customer service. A Restaurant Manager will be responsible for hiring, training, operations, financials, and most importantly providing a great hospitality to our guests.
This job includes meeting quality assurance standards for food preparation, following proper recipe guidelines and making sure the location is maintained and presentable to the guest view. You are the financial leader and will be responsible to know your customers and the market. You will be responsible for creating new strategies and implementing plans to retain customers and increase store sales.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver exceptional customer service
Ensure all food safety systems are in place and followed
Apply thorough knowledge of all policies, practice, and procedures
Oversee day-to-day operations
Oversee the hiring process and employee Training
Create a relationships with customers/vendors
Expertise with P&L and create efficient strategies to achieve sales goal and stay within the budget
Responsible for managing and completing administrative duties
Be an expert for all different positions in the restaurant and be able to work different shifts when necessary
Obtain good communication skills
Ensure the growth of an employees and development others.
Maintain safe, secure, and sanitized facility by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures; complying with health and legal regulations; maintain security systems.
Lead and develop other team members
Mentor team members to exceed expectations
Continually enhance training materials as new/updated processes are introduced
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 3 - 5 years of restaurant management experience (QSR restaurant preferred)
College Degree preferred but not required
Ability to lift 50 lbs. up to waist
High energy and self-motivated
Ability to solve problem quickly
Has proven knowledge of all critical compliance and regulatory matters such as HAACP, OSHA, EEOC, Safety & Sanitation, Responsible Alcohol Service, etc.
Proficient in MS Office

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
An Interior Design Coordinator assists and supports the interior design team in planning, designing, and furnishing the Tous les Jours bakery store and bibigo restaurants. Interior Design Coordinator has to help come up with the design ideas, develop simple presentations of those ideas to show the clients(Franchise owner), and coordinate the activities and materials required to make those ideas a reality.
This job requires both creative and administrative skills, and you will often be working on multiple projects with variable timelines. You must be detail oriented, a multi-tasker, and great at coming up with creative design solutions. As an Interior Design Coordinator, you play a huge role to meet the Company¡¯s goals
Works with team to develop design ideas and create drawings
Coordinate with other professionals, such as contractors, architects, engineers, and plumbers, to ensure job success.
Draft technical drawings. Use computer-aided drafting (CAD) and related software to produce interior design package.
Render design ideas in form of paste-ups or drawings.
Nationwide Business trip for construction management & coordination to expanding the franchise store
Work with project manager to review space plans and tackles more complicated issues
With project manager, researches and selects fixtures and finishes to use for projects
Assist in developing packages for projects
Assist cost estimates and produces final cost estimates
In unusual circumstances may be required to assist with support for field surveys
Ensures adherence to set budget and immediately informs PM and/or client of any potential variances to the budget
Works with team to develop design ideas and create drawings
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor¡¯s Degree in Interior design or related area
3-5 years experience in retail and/or restaurant design (Construction experiences preferred)
Understanding and developing food based concepts and merchandising is a plus
Strong verbal communication and presentation skills are a plus
Solid understanding of materials and construction processes and details
Ability to brief and manage third party consultants and contractors
Excellent sketching and technical drawing abilities
Must thrive in a team environment, but be able to take initiative and work independently.

Act as aliaison with engineering, estimating, clients, building officials, landlords, subcontractors, and planning to ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and schedule.

Assist in purchasing and delivery of equipment and materials and to resolve purchasing challenges early on

Warehouse order processing coordinator handles all order documents and data for warehouse operation and inventory control including data input, issuing order sheet, and organizing data.

Order process
- Receive orders, input into the system, and print all ordered list and distribute to warehouse workers.
- Adjust order quantity and communicate with stores to issue picking list.
- Check and verify item and quantity when receiving and shipping out merchandise
Inventory
- Keep and track the precise records of all incoming and outgoing products.
- Confirm receiving and shipping out records daily to keep right daily inventory data.
- Report any issues such as shortages, overages, aging, etc.
- Handle any internal logistics with other departments like production or

Qualifications
