• Intermediate Windows 2008 and 2012 Server experience required

• Banking experience preferred

• College degree preferred

* Mortgage Closing/Servicing Assistant (Los Angeles)

• Mortgageclosing/servicing experience preferred but not required

• BachelorĄ¯s degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.

• Excellent written andoralcommunication skills.

• Detail oriented

• Bilingual in Korean and English

• Competently utilize computer software such as MS Word, MS Excel and email.
  
  

* Mortgage Loan Junior Underwriter (Los Angeles)

• Minimum 3 years of processing/underwriting experience required

• College degree preferred or work equivalent

• Good organizational skills

• Ability to assess an individualĄ¯s creditworthiness while adhering to all regulatory and compliance requirements
  
  

* Mortgage Loan Processing Assistant (Los Angeles)

• No prior experience required but preferred

• College degree preferred but not required

• Bilingual in Korean and English

• Good organizational skills

• Good communication and customer relations skills
  
  

* Compliance Officer

• 3+ years of regulatory compliance experience required

• Through knowledge of bank compliance policies and regulatory requirements

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills

• Bilingual in English & Korean required
