1. Accounting Associates (Entry Level) – Korean & English Bilingual

-Korean & English Bilingual

-Bachelor¡¯s Degree in Accounting or equivalent number of years of experience

-Observe financial activities of projects, and generate reports, monthly and periodically, of all expenditures.

-Evaluate transactions to ensure they comply with the terms and conditions of projects

-Assist the Financial Services Manager(s) with accounting and administrative duties as may be requested

-Plan for projects, and carry out financial data analysis and forecasting


2. HR Director

-Bachelor¡¯s Degree in HR Management or HR Administration

-PHR & SPHR Licensed.

-Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues, contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.

-Manages human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions; maintaining compensation; designing systems, accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change.

-Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values

-Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions

3.Production Engineering(2)

- NPI Process
 - Lead the NPI committee and keep monitoring the schedule
 - Keep updating NPI check list
 - Create SBOM
 - Update model master, part master, ... in AMES
 - Follow up initial parts purchasing
 - The reclamation process (all necessary parts)
 - Setup RF test/loss/download/CPI/ ...
 - Co-work with Quality team about work instruction
 - Develop/Purchase Jigs
- Develop & update the line configuration
 - standard tack time by model by process (R&D ~ Packing)
 - optimal inpt/output gty by model by process
 - keep monitoring & updating the line configuration
- Support Technical issues in production line
 - RF equipment, download/CPI

4. Engineer (1) and Technician (2): Deep-dive Analysis

 - Root cause Analysis for Major Failure Symptoms
 - Root cause Analysis of SCAR units
 - Develop Board Repair solution to increase yield rate

5. Equipment Maintenance (1)

- Equipment
 - RF Automation machine, CPI automation machine, Auto screw machine, Laser etching machine, RF Tester, Electric torque screw machine, ...
 - Maintenance for all the machines
 - Managing maintenance log history
 - Managing equipment log and do calibration on time
