We’re looking for:

Reliable, sensible, self-motivated individuals to assist customers with online customization of wedding stationery.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Review and process online orders submitted by customers
• Proofread customized texts and inspect layouts according to the guidelines
• Provide responses to questions and issues regarding our products and services via telephone and email
• Make recommendations and provide consultations to customers regarding our products and services

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to details
• Ability to work with patience and courtesy
• Previous telephone customer service experience helpful
• Excellent computer skills
• Adobe Illustrator experience required
