Technical Support for New Jersey office
Job Description: Entry Level Technical Support
- Multi- task oriented with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Provide client support and resolve technical issues via E-Mail, phone and in person
- Test and log returned items
- Test New Products
- Quick thinking, organized and detail oriented
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English
- Computers Skills: Basic knowledge or experience in Networking, OS(Window XP and Window 7) and any other technical experience in computer will be plus
- Prefer individuals with a college degree or equivalent experience but required
