Responsibilities:

월말 정산 관리
GAAP 및 내부 규정 준수에 따룬 재무 제표
외국 세금 계획 및 효과적인 관리를 위한 준비 및 유지 보수
월별, 분기별 재정 관리
프로젝트에 관한 예산 관리, 예측 및 임시 보고서 담당
사업개발팀과 어카운팅팀 관리
연말 감사 보조
주어진 다른 업무 처리

CGI Foods, Inc. is one of Food & Beverage Business company. The company is an Independently owned and Operated Franchisee of The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in Los Angeles, China, Hong Kong, Thailand and Cambodia.

We are looking for CFO or Controller who is good at financial management and accounting processing

Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, management or equivalent experience of the related field

Responsibilities

Monthly balance sheet and bank account reconciliation
Participate in preparation of consolidated financial statement preparation & analysis
Ensure the accuracy of financial statements in accordance with GAAP and compliance to internal
Prepare and maintain foreign tax plans designed to mitigate foreign tax and manage the effective
Monitor intercompany account balances quarterly.
Communicate discrepancies resulting from monthly administrative system/subledger reconciliation to finance operations team
Assist management with special projects, budgets, forecasts and ad hoc reports
Assist in the development of staff accountants and accounting assistants
Assist in the year-end audit
Other projects as assigned

Desired Skills & Experience

•       Bi-lingual preferred

•       Experience of Controller

•       Must have a Leadership

•       Thorough knowledge accounting principles, practices and standard, good written and verbal communication skill required

•       Strong background in International tax compliance

•       Highly detail oriented and organized in work

•       Ability of business project planning preferred
