1.   Bookkeeper

Job Description

• 
  
• -       Organization and maintenance of clients files for principals
• -       Data entry/ journal entries/ Quick Books
• -       Quarterly tax estimate preparation
• -       Year-end 1099 and K-1 reconciliations
• -       Correspondence, mailings
  

Requirements

• -       Minimum 1-2 years of professional work experience
• -       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• -       Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
• -       Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• -       Accurate, detail-oriented, and reliable
• -       Eligible to work in U.S.

2.   Production

Job Description

• -       Analyze and respond to all overseas emails pertaining to production and development for production
• -       Internal and Oversees communication / must be articulate
• -       Work closely with design for approval and comments of samples
• -       Work closely with Production Manager on margin and deliveries.
• -       Daily Order entry
• -       Answer inquiries/ solve production problems- status, materials availability, patterns, colors, shipping
• -       Daily contact with local and international customers: phone, fax, email
• -       Assist in-house and outside Sales Reps

Requirements

• 
  
• -        3+years production experience in a textile, fashion or apparel
• -       Experience commenting on colors and their approvals
• -       Experience working with overseas factories
• -       Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
• -       Highly organized and detail-oriented
• -       Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have- good multi-tasking abilities
• -       Great communication and follow up skills
• -       Basic Math Skills using fractions, decimals, percentages
• -       Excellent communicator, personable, able to work successfully with entire office- sales reps, logistics people, data entry people, factories, etc.
• -       Eligible to work in U.S.
• -       Fluency in English and Korean

3.   Sales Representative

Job Description

• -       Responsible for identifying and securing business accounts, including business-to-business, retailers, wholesalers, etc.
• -       Responsible for their respective accounts, market segments, areas, products, etc.
• -       Engaging in field marketing, customer sales and marketing presentations, market assessments, addressing customer issues/concerns, responding to general customer queries, routing orders and other customer issues.

Requirements

• 
  
• -       Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in fabric/textile/garments industry.
• -       Excellent communication skills.
• -       Education/Background in garments/fabrics is a plus.
• -       Eligible to work in U.S.
• -       Fluency in English and Korean

4. Textile Designer

Job Description

• 
  
• -       Create and interpret fabric print design.
• -       Color all artwork to seasonal palette specifications
• -       Ensure prints represent a unified, well-merchandised assortment.​
• -       Research current trends in print design and color
  

Requirements

• -       Minimum 3 years of professional work experience.
• -       Advanced skills using Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop and Illustrator is plus
• -       Possess a strong sense of color/​print
• -       Experience adhering to a design development calendar
• -       Eligible to work in U.S.
• -       Fluency in English and Korean
